Returning Goods

Goods ordered in error by a Customer cannot be returned to Factory First unless Factory First agrees and the Customer agrees to pay all re-stocking fees and other costs incurred such as carriage in accepting the returned Goods.

No claims OR returns can be considered unless received in writing within 24 hours of delivery, or in the case of non-delivery within 24 hours of despatch.
